We Love our 4-legged residents!
Cats and Dogs are always welcomed at a Sky Properties Community. We do have a two pet limit as recommended by the Humane Society.
Our pet policy is normally for a cat or dog 25 lbs. or under. However, we do allow larger breeds with a weight limit of 55 lbs. (Larger breed animals will have a larger pet fee.)
Sky Properties does require that all vaccinations are up to date and a copy of vaccinations is provided from your veterinarian.
Breed restrictions include but not limited to: Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, Boxers, Wolf Dog Hybrid, and German Shepard.
